Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you running for Sonoma County Supervisor?

Sonoma County is at a crossroads. Families are facing rising housing costs, barriers to mental health care, food insecurity, and economic uncertainty. At the same time, too many people feel left out of county decision-making.

I’m running to bring accountable, transparent leadership rooted in community experience and real results. I believe county government should work for everyday residents — not just those with the loudest voices or the most access.

What experience prepares you for this role?

My background includes direct partnership with school districts and community organizations across Sonoma County. I’ve worked to:

  • Support Wellness Centers and Community Schools

  • Secure grants for unhoused students and families

  • Collaborate across agencies to deliver services more effectively

The Board of Supervisors oversees a $2.7 billion budget and essential services that impact daily life. I bring experience navigating complex systems, building partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes.

How will you support working families?

I will prioritize:

  • Expanding affordable housing

  • Supporting food access programs

  • Investing in early learning and child care infrastructure

  • Strengthening family resource centers and community partnerships

Government should create the conditions for families to succeed, not add to their stress.

How will you increase transparency?

Residents deserve to understand how decisions are made and how resources are allocated.

I will work to:

  • Improve communication and public engagement

  • Make meetings and processes more accessible

  • Proactively share information with the community

  • Invite public input before major decisions are finalized

County government should feel accessible and responsive, not distant.

How can I support the campaign?

This campaign is powered by community. Together, we can build a Sonoma County that works for everyone.
